Buy with confidence when purchasing with WatchCraze. You may return new, unopened items for a full refund within 3 days (excluding shipping and handling charges), minus a restocking fee of 15%.

Returns are subject to a WatchCraze Returns Authorization, shipments returned without authorisation will not be accepted. Please return items in the same condition, unworn and with the same accessories as purchased, with online purchases, the watch must retain the WatchCraze tag intact.

International Orders

Items sent to an address outside of Australia are final and cannot be returned.
