The Rolex Oystersteel case and black dial are protected by a sapphire crystal. The black dial has luminescent hour markers and Mercedes hands.

This watch has a unidirectional rotatable bezel with a Cerachrom insert in black ceramic and platinum-engraved numerals and graduations. The bezel tracks diving time and other events.

Oyster bracelets with Oysterlock folding safety clasps and Rolex Glidelock extension systems secure the watch. This makes it easy to fit over a diving suit or for everyday wear.
